Yoga With Music: An Alternative Medicine

Music and yoga are both considered as parts of alternative medicine. Individually, the two possess extraordinary healing powers. It stands to reason then, that combining music and yoga together can create limitless possibilities of healing, transformation and peace.

The top 5 ways music can enhance your practice:

1. Mood: Music has an ability to take us from one emotional state to the next. If I’m having a rough day, and I hear an uplifting song, it most certainly helps to make us feel better.

2. Meditation: Contrary to popular belief, mediation is not about silence. No matter where you are in meditation, there will always be sounds going on around. The stillness we refer to in meditation does not have to be about the physical body. It’s more about the mental body & finding stillness in the mind.

3. Memory: Music has an intrinsic ability to stimulate memory for me. For some, they may see this as a negative aspect. I have a different outlook on memory. I believe that memories, whether good or bad, are an opportunity to do a self-evaluation. When I hear a song that reminds me of something or someone, I say to myself, “bless these feelings that are coming up for they are helping me heal.”

4. Momentum: The beat of the music stimulates my senses and pushes me through the challenging parts of the practice. As the intensity builds, the music becomes my inspiration.

5. Movement: It becomes a dance. The music transcends me to a place of grace and ease. Even if the pose feels challenging in the moment, I can make it feel effortless with how I move. Transitioning from one pose to the next feels really good when accompanied by a beautiful melody.

Music is in all of our lives, all the time. Restaurants know what music to play to hurry you out, while retail stores understand what makes you linger and browse. These marketing techniques are predominantly accomplished at the subconscious level. Whether or not you’re even ‘hearing’ the music, it’s still affecting your neurochemistry.

Fairness Creams - Invitation To Skin Disorder

Now a days in the market, there are lots of fairness cream available. Without awareness / unknowingly people are buying these creams from the market. Few creams are having steroid. This is very harmful for the skin. If you apply these creams on regular basis there are chances of skin disorder, most commonly found in ladies.

Side Effects of Fairness Creams
Extreme use of fairness creams can rather lead to severe skin damage. Fairness creams contain harmful bleaching agent such as hydroquinone, mercury, lead, nickel, chromium and high levels of steroids that cause following problems:
-    Thinning of skin
-    Discoloration of face
-    Capillaries become prominently visible
-    Severe acne
-    Hypersensitivity to sun
-    Rebound paradoxical pigmentation
-    Unwanted facial hair growth
-    Skin allergy
-    Skin cancer Thus these creams should always be used judiciously only under the supervision of a certified dermatologist.

Do's and Don’ts
What to do
-    Apply moisturizer daily during day and before going to bed
-    Wash your skin with clean water at least thrice a day
-    Use sunscreen lotion to prevent tanning and harsh UV rays damaging skin
-    Use fairness cream preferably aloe based. It works well for inflammation and tanned skin for Asian weather.
-    Use Sukhda Face Pack which is not having any chemical. For more info, see the last info.
-    Usage external barriers like umbrella and Shades while going out.
-    Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day
-    Have anti-oxidant rich fruits
-    Increase the intake of Vitamin C. It increases cell turnover, helps protect against sun damage, and boosts the production of collagen and elastin, the two vital component of healthy and glowing skin.
-    Exfoliation is one of the most important steps in maintaining your youthful glow. We recommend weekly exfoliation to brighten the skin tone. Regular use of an exfoliation removes the oldest dead skin cells that cling to the skin's outermost surface, or epidermis. It is an important part of both facials and body treatments.

What not to do
-    DO NOT support the common trend of fair skin and the stigma of being dark
-    Avoid excessive bleaching in alternate weeks. Comprising of Ammonia and hydrochloric acid primarily these ingredients can cause both minor and severe burn.
-    Avoid Products that Encourage Acne Breakouts

Summary
The truth is we don't need white skin to show our beauty, if you have healthy, beautiful, dark complexion, learn to love yourself. Your Healthy and shiny skin is everything to impress whosoever will notice you. Do not trust every advertisement blindly, stay happy & smiley.

Hypothecation Removal Process from RC/Smart Card - RTO Indra Nagar

Submit application of hypothecation at RTO, Indira Nagar Bengaluru.
It’s very simple process if you prepare all the documents and keep it in a file and ready. It took only 15 min for me to submit. I went there around 1:30 PM, and done by 1:45 PM. Not much crowd and process was fast.

Documents Needed:
1) NOC from bank and 2 copies of Form 35.
When you close your loan account, need to give attention for below things otherwise you have to go again:
    a) NOC from bank
    b) Take 2 copies of Form 35
(Download form from Govt website https://vahan.nic.in/nrservices/forms/form35.pdf) and take sign & stamp from bank
    c) Stamp on the form as a bank address (There is a space to give bank address)
2) Original RC Book (It was smart card in my case)
3) Copy of emission test certificate
4) Copy of Insurance
5) Self-addressed stamped envelope (You can get it from the shops in BDA complex)
6) Get a small plastic bag to put the RC smart card. This is to staple the RC along with application. This is required if you have a smart card already (not required in case of book).
7) Stamped envelope and plastic bag (cost Rs.1) for RC is available at ground floor store.

Steps:
1) Go to Room No 13, counter 9, Indira Nagar BDA complex RTO
2) Get the NOC and Form 35 verified. They will write on the form how much amount you have to pay (In my case it was 200/-)
3) Go to Counter 1 and Pay amount. (I had smart card already, not sure the fee is different if the RC is not a smart card)
4) Come back to Room 13, counter 6 (Counter might change) and submit the application along with the documents mentioned above and the cash payment receipt. You will get an acknowledgement.

The RC/Smart Card is supposed to reach home in one month time. (Smart card will be the same because hypothecation information will be deleted from the chip).

Flashback:

Initially I was also thinking to give documents to an agent but they were asking much higher amount. One of my colleague had given his application to an agent and he got frustrated by calling again and again to agent. He got scared about the documents because we have to give original RC. Agent was not picking his call. He visited his office several times. After one and half month he got his RC but still he is in confusion that his hypothecation is terminated from the RC or not. He only suggested me to go directly. Luckily I was through directly in first attempt. I think if you have all mentioned document then RTO team will not trouble you. I suggest please try at least once yourself.
