Easiest way to keep yourself healthy



Now days it’s hard to find time for ourselves, due to this we are not giving importance to our health. I would like to mention two things to do for those people who are unable to find time.

1.    Drink warm water throughout the day
2.    Walk regularly

Walk is very important, it’s low impacted, simple, free. You do not have to walk for hours. A 30-min walk is enough. Make it habit. Think of ways to include walking in your daily routine.

·      In office, take 5 min break every hour and start walking.
·      Use the stairs instead of the lift
·      Walk to nearby shops, do not take bike or car.
·      Walking the kids to school
·      Doing a regular walk with a friend/wife/family members

 Importance of drinking Luke water:

·      Improves blood circulation
·      Look and feel young
·      Halt premature aging
·      Improves digestion
·      Helps in weight loss
·      Aids constipation

  Importance of walk:

·      Reduce to suffer a stoke and other cardio problems

·      Good for old age
